Both competed over the weekend at the Army Marksmanship Unit’s three gun competition at Fort Benning, Ga. Tax Man came in 126th and White Feather 23rd. Friends of the BGM: Pony Tail came in 14th and Ramey came in 3rd in the Open Division. Ramey smoked professional shooter Todd Jarret and finished behind other professional shooters Jerry Miculek (world’s fastest reloader) and DPMS Sponsored Jasmes Darst. For weekend shooters not to shabby.
The AMU uses a set of complex rules and scoring system that aren’t completely easy for everyone to understand. But basically the highest score wins. The system does not necessarily indicate the fastest competitor as much as it does for the one that was accurate, fast, and followed all the rules. Here are White Feather and Tax Man’s Results.
